Influencer Agreement

This agreement (the “Agreement”) confirms that you have engaged Serena Cohen d/b/a Broadway Wiz (“Company”) for this agreement for social media posts on Instagram with Olivia (the “Influencer”) on Influencer’s Instagram account @livv_ann

Influencer will provide a minimum of 1 Instagram posts and 2 Instagram stories per item within 15 days of receipt.

In exchange for these posts, Broadway Wiz will provide 2 free products from their shop, up to $50 USD in total value.

The influencer should tag @broadwaywiz in each of their posts and stories, and include “Check out the rest of their merch at broadwaywiz.etsy.com @BroadwayWiz” or similar as the Call-to-Action for each post.

Broadway Wiz will also provide a 10% off promo code for Influencers followers that should be shared in the posts and stories.

The Influencer agrees that all posts and/or comments should be in good taste and free of inappropriate language and/or any content promoting bigotry, racism or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
